MMy Pilates offers private, semi-private, and group sessions in pilates mat.

Meghan Metzler is trained through Power Pilates, which holds the highest industry standards.  Each Power Pilates Instructor undergoes rigorous training, which includes over 600 hours in the classroom and hands on apprenticeships.

What Is Pilates?

This is a very common question!  Pilates is what keeps the body going. With regular pilates practice you will develop strength from the inside out.  Pilates begins with the deep abdominal muscles of the core, leaving the body balanced, stable, flexible and strong.
